The difference is that I'm taking all that I've learned over the last 35 years from TCM meridian theory, Qi Gong, Yoga, posture studies, mobility work, foam rolling, etc., and turned it into one complete system. Why this is important to me.
What's so special about this class?
I put this Masterclass together when the pandemic started. Staying active was important to me. An integral part of that was learning how to fix my own tight neck, hips, and shoulders.
The not-so-secret secret is that for ANYONE to continue doing what they love (everything from dance, running, or gymnastics to sewing, cooking, or art), you have to keep your body BALANCED, LIMBER, and STRONG. It's more than just "exercise" or "stretching." It's the stuff you do so you can continue doing the stuff you want to do.
When you fix those chronic muscle imbalances that create tension and pain, you get to live your best life.
