It starts with "primal posture." This is how people who tend to not have pains or back problems move, sit, stand, bend, and sleep.
To enhance our natural posture and live pain-free, we use specific, healing movements. Once we regain some range of motion with these gentle exercises, we start strengthening the supporting muscles.
